Delivery Time: Standard ground shipping typically takes 2–5 business days, depending on the
delivery address, city, and state.

Express Shipping: Available for an additional fee determined by the courier (UPS, FedEx, USPS,
etc.).
Once an order is shipped, delivery timelines are controlled by the carrier.

5. Refund Policy
We want you to receive your Cornisa Chips in perfect condition. Refunds may be issued in the
following cases:
Eligible Refund Situations

  •  The box, bags, or chips arrive damaged due to third‑party delivery carriers (UPS, FedEx,USPS, etc.).

  •  The customer receives a product with an expired expiration date.


How to Request a Refund

  •  Photos of the damaged or expired product

  • A brief description of the issue

Refunds are issued at our discretion after reviewing the claim.
